Samvriddhi Kissan Producer Company Limited is situated in the house of Ram Nath Prasad. This is in the village of Mathiatola, which is part of the Mathia panchayat in Block Lauriya. It is a very rural area, far away from the big cities. Most of us here are locals who have lived in Mathiatola our whole lives. Being a kissan producer company, our work is entirely about the farmers in this block. We don’t have a corporate office with air conditioning or fancy furniture. The name Samvriddhi means a lot to us, but we don’t use it for marketing; we just use it as our official name. We are more interested in the practicalities of seeds and prices than in looking polished. Mathia is a small place, so if you come around asking for the producer company, anyone will point you toward Ram Nath Prasad’s house. We are just a group of villagers trying to work together to get better results for our crops. It is simple, hard work, and we take it one day at a time. There are no big missions here, just the daily effort of helping the farmers in Lauriya stay organized.
