Mairwa Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Abhishek Kumar’s house, which is House No 127 near Banka More. We are in the village area of Barkamanjha within Block Mairwa. It’s a local operation through and through. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. We just meet up at the house in the Tola and talk about what needs to be done for the farmers. Mairwa is our home, and we wanted to start this company to help ourselves and our neighbors. It gets a bit noisy at House No 127 when everyone shows up at once to discuss the harvest or the prices. We don't mind the noise though. It’s part of the work. Barkamanjha is a place where everyone knows everyone else, so word gets around fast. We are just a bunch of guys trying to organize things better under the name Mairwa Farmers Producer Company Limited. Block Mairwa has a lot of potential, and we are just trying to do our part from our little corner. The address might seem small, but it’s where all our decisions are made. We don't use big words or pretend to be something we aren't. We are just local farmers and friends working out of a house near Banka More. It’s honest work and we do it as best as we can every day. It is just a simple group of us in the village trying to make a living together.
