Geruabandh Farmers Producer Company Limited

We started this whole thing over at Ravindra Kumar Pandey’s place, specifically at house number 218 in the Garuabandh area. It is a pretty quiet spot in the Harpurjaipur block, and most of us living here have been farming since we were kids. Setting up Geruabandh Farmers Producer Company Limited just felt like the right thing to do to keep things moving. We don't have some big fancy office with glass doors or anything like that. It is just us working together from the village to get our daily work done. Sometimes the weather gets really tough and the dirt roads aren't in the best shape, but we manage to keep going. People around the Tola know exactly where to find us if they need to sit down and talk about seeds or the next harvest. It is mostly just sitting out on the porch and figuring out what needs to be handled for the day. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We just want to make sure the folks in our local block have a decent way to handle their crops without too much trouble. Being based right here in the village makes a big difference because we see the fields every single morning. There is always someone stopping by the house to ask a question or share some news. We keep all our records in a simple way, and it is a lot of manual work. You will see us out in the dirt more often than inside.
