Mithilayam Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our group, Mithilayam Farmers Producer Company Limited, is located right in the heart of Bangaon village. We are specifically in Ward Number 12, which is a place most people around the Kahra block know pretty well. Living and working in Bangaon means we see our neighbors every day, and most of them are farmers just like us. We set this up because we wanted a local way to handle our farming business instead of always looking elsewhere for help. It is a modest setup, nothing like those big offices you see in the cities. We mostly deal with the day-to-day tasks of growing and moving crops. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we find ways to keep the paperwork moving along. The people here have been farming this land for generations, so there is a lot of history in these fields. We just try to add to that by working together as a producer company. We don’t have fancy titles or big meetings, we just sit down and talk about what needs to be planted or sold. The Post Office is nearby, so we are easy to find if someone needs to drop off a letter or a form. We are proud to be from this part of Kahra and want to see our local farms do okay. It is simple work, but it matters to everyone living in Ward 12. We stay focused on the fields and the crops.
