Noneya Agro Private Limited

Noneya Agro Private Limited is situated at Deepak Kumar’s place in Nonyear Tola, over in the Chistian Quarter. It’s in Ward Number 7, which is a busy little pocket of the area. The office is just a simple room where we keep all the records and do the daily planning. It isn't a high-tech space at all. We have a few wooden chairs and a table that’s been around for years. Mostly, we are busy looking at maps of the fields or writing down what needs to be bought for the next season. The Chistian Quarter has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. You’ll often hear the sounds of the neighborhood coming through the window while we work. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Most things get decided while we are standing around or sitting with a cup of tea. It’s very informal, and that’s how we like it. We focus on the practical side of agriculture without any of the corporate talk. If a farmer has a problem, they just come to the door and we try to figure it out together. It’s not always organized perfectly, and there are papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done for the crops and the people who grow them.
