Our place is over at C/O- Surender Oraonvill-Hapamuni, P.O- Gamhariya. It’s a local spot where Ghaghra Srishti Producer Company Limited does its work. We started this because there are a lot of us here in Hapamuni who are into the same kind of work, and it was getting harder to manage everything separately. It’s a basic office, really, nothing special to look at. Surender helps keep things organized. Mostly, we are just busy with the daily chores that come with being a producer company in a place like Gamhariya. We see the same faces every day, and that’s how we like it. The work can be tough when the seasons change, but we just keep at it. We don't have a big team of city people; it’s just us folks from around here. You might see us sitting outside talking about the prices or the rain. We don't use much technology besides what’s necessary to keep the records straight. It’s mostly about getting the products out and making sure everything is counted. If you come by Hapamuni, you’ll find us easily enough. We aren't trying to be anything big or loud, just a group of people doing what needs to be done to keep the business going. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork, but mostly we stick to a regular schedule like everyone else in the village. It is just basic work for us.
