Chanpatiya Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our company is based in the village of Jaitiya, right in the Chanpatia block. We are located at Nippu Kr Pandey’s place. It’s a pretty typical setup for this part of the country. A group of us farmers decided that we needed to have a proper name and structure so we could deal with the bigger markets. Nippu helps us keep things organized, though we all pitch in when there is work to be done. We don't have a big staff or a fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, it’s just a few chairs and some tea while we talk about the latest government rules or the cost of fertilizer. Chanpatia is a place where everyone knows everyone’s business, so we have to be honest and do things right. If we weren't, word would spread fast. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bihar. We just want to make sure the people in Jaitiya have a way to get their crops sold without losing money to middle-men. It is a struggle some days, especially when the logistics don't work out. We have had our share of mistakes and learning moments. But that is how you grow. We are just local farmers trying to do something useful for our community. There are no fancy speeches here, just the daily reality of working the land and hoping for the best. We keep our boots muddy and our heads down.
