You can find us over at College More in Kulti, right by the N.H.O. Dr S. Khan building. Steel Authority Of India Limited has been part of the Burdwan district for a long time. This is West Bengal, and the air here always feels like it’s full of history and industry. Our office is a simple place. It’s not modern or shiny, but it has everything we need to handle the steel business. We have a lot of locals working here, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We talk about the weather and the local news while we sort through our paperwork. Kulti is a place where people work hard, and we try to do the same. It’s not always easy keeping track of everything, but we have a system that works for us. The desks are a bit worn out and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't bother us much. We are more interested in the actual work than how the office looks. Being near the highway means there’s always a bit of traffic noise, but you get used to it after a week. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get into the files. It’s a very standard way of living and working. We don't use fancy titles or complicated language. We just do what needs to be done for the steel industry from our little corner in Kulti. It is what it is.
