We don’t have a lot of flashy technology, just the basics that let us get our work done without too much trouble. The staff here has a good rhythm. We know when the deliveries are coming and when the deadlines are looming. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big shipment to finalize. The neighborhood is pretty friendly, and we often see the same faces walking by every day. We aren't a corporate hub with glass elevators or fancy rugs. We’re just a group of people making sure the steel gets to where it’s supposed to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking manifests. The air in Durgapur always has that industrial feel to it, which reminds us of the work we’re doing even when we’re just sitting at our desks. It’s a steady, practical environment where we focus on the day-to-day realities of the industry. We just try to keep things organized and efficient.
