Joey S Car Rentals 24 Hrs operates out of the ground floor of Dias Villa. We are right there in Miramar, near the Esperanca Hospital in St Marys Colony. Being in Goa, things usually move a bit slower, but since we are open 24 hours a day, someone is always awake. You can usually find me or one of the boys sitting near the entrance waiting for the next phone call or a traveler walking in from the street. The sea breeze comes in sometimes, which is nice when it gets hot in the afternoons. We have a small fleet of cars parked nearby. They aren't brand new showroom pieces, but they work fine and get people where they need to go around the beaches. Sometimes the keys get mixed up or a tire needs changing at three in the morning, and that's just how the days go. We’ve lived in this part of Miramar for years, so we know all the shortcuts and the best places to eat that aren't for tourists. It's a family-run sort of thing, nothing corporate. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big desk. Usually, we're just in t-shirts and slippers, checking the fuel levels or washing down the windshields after a dusty trip. It can be a bit chaotic when the holiday season hits and everyone wants a vehicle at the same time, but we manage to keep things moving along somehow.
