We are Intertek Architects Consultants Pvt Ltd. Our office is located at Hno 439 in Shanti Nagar. This is right on Airport Road in Vasco Da Gama, Goa. Being near the airport means we hear the planes fairly often, but you get used to that after a week or so. It is a decent spot for an office because it is easy to explain to people how to get here. Just follow the main road and look for Shanti Nagar. The building itself is an older one, which we like because it has a bit of character. Inside, we have our drafting tables and some computers set up. It is not a shiny corporate environment at all. There are often rolls of drawings sitting around and half-empty coffee mugs on the desks. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking about how things should be built. Since we are in Goa, the pace is a bit different than the big cities, but we still keep busy. We don't have a PR team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just go by Intertek Architects Consultants Pvt Ltd and do our consulting work from this house. It is practical and serves our needs. Sometimes the humidity gets to the paper, so we have to be careful about that. We just show up every morning, unlock the door, and get to work on whatever project is currently on the table.
