So we’ve been around since 2004, which feels like a lifetime ago now. Back then things were different, but we just kept at it. Eventually, we found out we were ranked 5th among all the pharma companies in India. It was a big deal for us, but honestly, we’re just regular people doing our jobs every day at Cipla. We don't spend much time thinking about the ranks while we're actually working. Mostly, we’re just busy with the paperwork and making sure things get where they need to go. It's a lot of coordination. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something to do. We remember how it was in the early 2000s compared to now. The industry has changed a lot, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We come in, check what needs doing, and try to get through the list. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have long days, but that's just how it is. We aren't about fancy speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. Being part of a big name like Cipla is interesting because people recognize the name everywhere, but here in the office, it's just us. We’ve grown a lot since 2004, and being 5th in India is something we’re aware of, but we still have to get the work done regardless of the title or the year on the calendar.
