Our office is over at Plot No 21 22 A, Sr No 15 in the Sargam Society area of Karvenagar. Being in Pune 52 is nice because it’s a bit away from the extreme chaos of the city center, though it’s still pretty lively. Dlf Jv Co is just a small operation. We don’t have any big corporate headquarters with glass walls. It’s a pretty standard building where we come in every morning to get to work. Most of us have been in this industry for a while, so we don't feel the need to use big words or act like we’re better than anyone else. We just handle the day-to-day stuff and make sure things don't fall through the cracks. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. We like the atmosphere in Karvenagar. It feels more like a community than just a business district. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about things other than work. We aren't trying to sell you anything fancy. This is just our place of business where we put in the hours. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there in the society. We keep things simple and honest because that’s the way we like to work. It’s just a regular job for us, and we take it seriously without being stuffy. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on.
