Ion Exchange

Our branch of Ion Exchange is located at H No 38, Block L, just behind the All India Radio station in Altinho, Panaji. Altinho is a really nice part of Goa, sitting up on the hill with a lot of greenery around. Being behind the AIR building makes it easy for people to find us. The office is in a residential-style house, which is quite common around here. It’s a peaceful spot compared to the busy markets down in the main part of Panaji. We deal with water treatment and related things, so there are often some parts or kits lying around the office. The building itself is older, with high ceilings and those thick walls that stay somewhat cool in the Goan heat. We have a small yard out front where we sometimes take our breaks. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We move at a steady pace and make sure the local clients are taken care of. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes it hard to get up the hill, but we manage. Inside, it’s just a few desks and a lot of logbooks. We are just a local team doing the ground work. It feels more like a community office than a big industrial firm. We like the quiet here; it helps us focus on the technical side of things without too many distractions from the outside world. It is just a regular place where work gets done.
