Jalmana Farmer Producer Company Limited is run by Anil Kumar, the son of Kabul Singh, in the Samalkha area of Panipat. Our main focus is the Jalmana village and the farmers who live there. We set up our office in Samalkha to handle all the business side of things for the producer company. It is a very basic setup, just a simple place where we can meet. We are not interested in corporate polish or looking like a big firm. We are just local farmers from Panipat who wanted to organize ourselves better. Anil is usually around to handle whatever comes up during the day. Most of our conversations are about the weather, the soil, and how to get the crops to market. We don't use fancy talk or have big plans for expansion. We just want to do right by the people in Jalmana. Being part of this company helps us buy things together and get better prices for what we grow. It is not always an easy job, and there are many days when things don't go according to plan. But we just keep at it because farming is what we know. The office in Samalkha isn't anything fancy to look at, but it serves its purpose for us. We are just practical people doing honest work in our local community. We don't try to sound like anything other than what we are, which is a bunch of farmers working together in Haryana.
