Mahawati Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are located right near the Shiv Mandir in V.P.O. Mahawati, which is in the Samalkha area, 132102. The office is at Ronak Singh’s place. Mahawati Farmers Producer Company Limited is basically just a group of us from the village who decided to work together. Being so close to the temple, we always hear the bells in the morning, which is a nice way to start the workday. Our setup is very basic. We have a couple of tables, some plastic chairs, and a lot of paperwork related to the local farms. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just sit together and figure out how to get things sorted for our members. People from the village walk in all the time to discuss the weather or the price of fertilizers. It’s a very communal way of doing things. Sometimes we sit outside if the weather is nice, just talking through the plans for the next season. It is practical, everyday work. We don't try to sound like a big city company because we aren't one. We are just local farmers and residents trying to manage our business in Samalkha. It gets busy during harvest time, and the office becomes a mess of papers and mud, but that’s just how we like it. We focus on the work that needs doing today and helping the neighborhood.
