Shyam Singh is the one who helps keep everything organized at his house in the village. The land around here is actually pretty good for growing vegetables. We spend most of our mornings out in the fields seeing how things are growing. It’s a lot of manual work, especially with fruits. You can't just leave them be. We wanted to have a company so we could work as a group instead of everyone doing their own thing separately. It makes it easier when we have to take things to the market in Panipat or Samalkha. The roads are okay, but during the rains, they get a bit muddy for the trucks. We don't have a big corporate office with computers everywhere. It’s just a room at the house where we sit and talk. Everyone in the village knows where Shyam Singh lives. If someone needs to find us, they just ask around. We’ve lived here all our lives, so we know the soil and what grows best in each season. We aren't trying to do anything world-changing, just trying to grow good food and make a living like everyone else here. It is a simple life and we are happy with it.
