Molar Badoli Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Badauli village in Panipat. We use Rajender Singh's house as our main spot. It's just a group of us here who work the land. We share tools and talk about crops when we have time. The land around here is good for growing. We registered this company so we can handle our business things together instead of alone. Rajender's father is Balkishan, and everyone in the village knows them well. We sit at the office right here in the village. It's not a big fancy office with chairs and desks. Just a place to meet and talk. Panipat is a busy city, but out here in Badauli, it’s mostly fields. We spend most of our time out there anyway. Sometimes the rains are late, and sometimes they are too heavy, but we manage somehow. We aren't doing anything fancy, just the usual farming work. It helps to be together. We have been in this village for a long time. The life here is quiet. We wanted to make sure the farmers around here have a way to talk to each other and sell things. There is a lot of work to do every single day. From the early morning until the sun goes down, someone is always busy with the tractors or the soil. We don't have a big staff, just us and some neighbors who help out when it is time to harvest.
