Taduvoy Agri Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our group is based at 1-113 in Taduvoy village, which is under the Atchampet mandal in Guntur. We are a bunch of farmers who decided to get together to handle our produce better. The building we use is right in the middle of the village, so it is easy for everyone to walk over after they finish in the fields. It isn't a fancy setup at all. We have some benches, a couple of old fans, and a lot of talk about crop prices and weather. Most days you will find a few of us sitting around discussing when to sell or how the pests are doing this year. We don't have a website or anything like that because we prefer talking face to face. It is much easier to understand what is going on when you are looking at the person. We try to keep things honest and simple. If the harvest is bad, we talk about it. If it is good, we are happy, but we don't brag. The office is mostly for keeping the records of who brought in what and making sure the payments are sorted out eventually. It gets dusty during the dry season and a bit muddy when it rains, but that is just how Taduvoy is. We are just local people doing the best we can with what we have got. There is no secret to it, just hard work and showing up.
