Our company is based at D.No.5-32/1 in Karlapudi Village. That’s over in the Amaravathi Mandal part of Guntur, 522016. We are a farmer producer company, which means we are owned by the people who actually work the land around here. It’s a rural spot, and the office is just a simple building in the village. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign. Most people just know where we are because they live nearby. We spend our days discussing seeds, fertilizers, and who is planting what this season. Guntur is known for its farming, and we are proud to be part of that tradition. It’s not an easy life, especially when the rains don't come on time, but we stick together. We don't have a mission statement or a set of corporate values printed on the wall. We just have the work that needs to be done. The village life is slow, but the farm work is constant. We help each other out with the logistics and the selling of the produce. It’s just a way to make sure the small farmers don’t get lost in the shuffle. We are just regular neighbors working together to make ends meet. If you come by Karlapudi, you’ll likely see us sitting outside the office talking shop.
