Freshiousfarm Private Limited is located at D No 21-56 in Tadikondatadikonda Mandalam. Even though we are a private company, we are still just local people working the land. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. Our place is right where the work happens. We focus on getting fresh produce from the fields to the people who need it. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights. The weather here can be unpredictable. Sometimes it rains too much and other times it’s dry for weeks. We just have to manage. We spend our days checking on the rows and making sure the vegetables are growing right. It's a very practical way of living. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We are farmers. We plant things and we hope they grow well. Tadikonda is our home and we know the land here very well. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing office work. We’d rather be outside with the crops. It’s a lot of physical labor, and it isn't always pretty. We just try to keep things running smoothly and make sure the food we grow is decent. We aren't looking for praise. We are just trying to run a business that makes sense for us and the people who work with us. It’s a daily grind, but we like being our own bosses and seeing the plants grow from seeds.
