Swastika Way Bridge

Out here in the Riico Industrial Area, things are always on a big scale. We are situated right on I T I Road, which sees a lot of heavy truck traffic throughout the day. Swastika Way Bridge is basically where the big rigs come to see how much they are carrying. It’s a straightforward job, but it’s important for the drivers. The road can get quite dusty, especially when the wind picks up across the industrial plots. We spend most of our time in a small cabin or out near the weighing platform. It isn't a place for sitting around in comfort. You have to be okay with the smell of diesel and the sound of heavy engines idling. We’ve met drivers from all over who are just trying to get their loads from one point to another. Our setup is simple and functional. We don't need much more than the scales and a place to write down the numbers. The weather hits us pretty hard out here since there isn't much shade, but you get used to it. We keep things moving as fast as we can so the trucks don't back up too far onto the road. It’s a basic service, and we just try to be honest and clear with everyone who pulls onto the bridge. It’s just how we do things on I T I Road. No flash, just scales.
