F J Iron Industries is over on Mandia Road, specifically at E 410. It’s a dusty part of the road, but that’s where the iron work happens. We handle a lot of heavy stuff here. The noise of the metal can be a lot sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or so. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and you're in the middle of the shop. Mandia Road is busy with trucks and stuff all day long. We’ve been at this spot for a while. Our building isn't the newest on the block, but it holds up. We spend our days cutting and moving iron pieces. It’s hard work on the back, but it’s what we do. We usually have the big doors open to let some air in because it gets hot inside. There’s always a lot of scrap metal lying around that needs to be sorted. We try to keep a routine. Coffee in the morning, then we get straight to the iron. It’s just a regular industrial setup. Nothing too special to look at from the outside. E 410 is easy to spot if you’re looking for the sign. We just keep our heads down and do what’s on the schedule. It’s a honest way to spend the day. We don't mind the grime and the hard work. It keeps us occupied and the days go by pretty fast.
