Kediya Agency is located right in the middle of Sarafa Bazar at Khopra Katla. If you know the bazar, you know it’s a place where everyone is shouting and there is a lot of buying and selling happening from morning until night. It’s a very traditional market area. Our agency is just a small part of that big, busy world. We don’t have a huge storefront with neon signs. It’s just a regular shop where we handle our business. Inside, you’ll find stacks of papers and whatever goods we are dealing with at the moment. It’s often a bit messy because things are always moving in and out of the door. We don’t have a lot of space, so we have to be smart about how we pile things up against the walls. The air is filled with the smells of the bazar—spices, street food, and just the general scent of a lot of people in one place. We’ve been in Khopra Katla for quite a while, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we’ve managed to stay put in our spot. We aren't here to make any grand statements or promises. We just show up, talk to our customers, and try to get things sorted for them. It’s a very human way of doing business, with lots of face-to-face talk. No corporate scripts or polished speeches. Just us at Kediya Agency, doing our work in the bazar every day.
