Sanwariya Mobile

I have been at Sanwariya Mobile on Bali Sadri Road for a good while now. It is just a small place where we handle phones all day. Sometimes the road outside gets really dusty and the traffic never seems to stop, but that is just how it is here. Most days are spent looking at small screens or trying to figure out why a battery won't hold a charge anymore. People come in with cracked glass or just to ask how to use a new app they downloaded. I try to keep the shop tidy but with all the boxes and spare parts, it gets messy fast. Bali Sadri Road is a busy spot so there is always someone popping in to say hello or ask for a recharge. We don't have anything fancy, just the basic tools and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fan stays on high most of the time. Working with mobiles is interesting because everyone needs them now. You see all kinds of people from the nearby villages and the town. It is not a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a regular shop where we get the job done and go home. I like being part of the local community here on this road. Sometimes we run out of tea and have to send someone down the street to get more. That’s just life here.
