Dhanshree Mobile & Computer

Our shop is at number 265 on Police Line Road in Sarvodaya Nagar. We deal with both mobile phones and computers, so it is a bit of a mix here. Some days we are mostly fixing broken laptop screens, and other days it is all about software issues on phones. We have a few desks set up for the repair work and a counter for the sales side of things. It can get pretty cluttered with old monitors and disassembled phone parts laying around the back. We try to keep a decent stock of basic parts like keyboards, mice, and batteries so people do not have to wait for an order. Living and working on Police Line Road means we see a lot of the same people every day. We are not a high-end tech boutique or anything like that. We are just a local shop where you can get your gear fixed without paying a fortune. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought it would because of a stubborn part, but we always tell the customer the truth about the situation. We do not have a polished sales pitch. We just look at the machine, figure out what is wrong, and try to fix it. It is a busy life, especially when several computers come in at once. We like being in Sarvodaya Nagar and plan to stay here at this address for a long time. It is just how we do things.
