If you go down to the B R S Market Choraya near the New Bus Stand, you’ll see Ranjeet Mobile Plaza. It’s a very busy area with people always coming and going from the buses. I started the shop because there were so many travelers who needed help with their phones. We do a lot of quick repairs, like fixing a charging port that’s stopped working or swapping out a battery that won't hold a charge anymore. The shop is small and the glass counters are full of different mobile accessories. I have earphones hanging from hooks and rows of memory cards. It gets very noisy with the buses honking right outside the door, but it brings in a lot of people. I usually work by myself, but sometimes my younger brother comes in to help when there’s a crowd. I have a small television that stays on the news channel mostly just for the background noise. The floor is made of simple tiles that I have to sweep three times a day because of all the dirt from the street. It’s a lot of work to keep things organized in such a small space. I don't have any big signs or fancy decorations, just the name of the shop above the door. Most people find us because we are right there at the corner where everyone waits. It’s just a basic shop for basic phone needs in a busy part of town.
