Padmawati Mobile Zone

Down at Surajpole 62, our small mobile shop sits right in the middle of the local rush. Padmawati Mobile Zone has been in this spot for a good while now. The street outside stays full of motorcycles and people shouting, so it gets quite noisy inside during the day. We spend most of our time behind the counter, looking through magnifying glasses at circuit boards or trying to peel off old screen protectors that have shattered into a hundred pieces. It is a bit of a messy job, really. Wires hang from the shelves and boxes of phone covers are stacked up to the ceiling in the back. We don't have a fancy display like the big malls do. Our stock consists of what people usually need, like chargers that actually last and batteries for older phones that are hard to find. Sometimes someone comes in because they forgot their password and they are very upset, so we try to help them out without making a big deal of it. The floor is a bit worn out from all the walking, and the lighting is a little dim in the corners, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea while we work on the repairs. This is just a regular life here at the shop, dealing with technology that changes too fast while we try to keep up with the daily chores.
