Mobile Store

Our shop is called Mobile Store and we are located in the Marwar Kailash Complex, right at unit number one. It is a pretty straightforward setup where we sell phones and handle all kinds of small repairs for the locals. We get people coming in because their screen is cracked or they can’t get their apps to work right. We spend a lot of time behind the counter with a magnifying glass and some tiny tools. The complex stays pretty busy, so there is usually someone dropping in to ask a question about their data or to buy a new charging cable. We have a selection of covers and screen guards on the walls, and we spend a fair bit of time helping people stick them on without getting any bubbles underneath. It is a small shop, so we do not have a lot of room for extra stuff. We keep the counters clean and the stock updated as much as we can with the new models. Sometimes the parts we need for a repair take a few days to arrive, and we just have to explain that to the customers. We have been in Marwar Kailash Complex for a while now and we like the spot. It is not a big fancy showroom, just a place where you can get your phone sorted out without much fuss. We just take things as they come and try to fix whatever walks through the door. (258 words)
