MayaJaal Mobile Magic

MayaJaal Mobile Magic is located right on the main Sumerpur Road. It is not a very big shop, but we have managed to pack a lot of stuff into the shelves. Most days, the sun hits the front window directly, making it pretty hot inside until we put the shade up. We deal with all sorts of mobile things like cables, memory cards, and those fancy back covers that the teenagers like. A lot of our work is just helping people who cannot get their apps to work or need a new SIM card activated. The road outside is always busy with trucks and buses going past, so it can get quite loud. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, and we have to clean the glass counters three times a day. We do not do anything too complicated, just basic repairs and selling what people ask for. We have a small stool for customers to sit on while they wait for their screen to be glued back on. It usually takes an hour or so for the glue to dry properly. We have seen a lot of different phones come through here, from the old button ones to the new touchscreens that break if you just look at them wrong. We stay open pretty late because Sumerpur Road is still active after dark. It is just us here, day in and day out, making sure people can stay connected to their families and friends without too much trouble.
