Mahadev Telecom

Mahadev Telecom is situated over by Sojat City Mod Bhatta. It's an area that has a lot of movement, and we see plenty of people coming in from the nearby parts of the city. We deal with mobile phones, mostly doing repairs and selling SIM cards or top-ups. The shop isn't very large, and the workbench is usually covered in tiny screws and bits of wire. We have to use a magnifying glass for a lot of the work because phone parts have become so small these days. It can be quite tedious work, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Outside, the Mod Bhatta area can get quite busy with local traffic, so there is a constant hum of motorcycles and rickshaws. We don't have a big staff, so if there are several customers at once, people just have to wait their turn. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take, even if it’s not what people want to hear. Sometimes we can't fix something because the parts aren't available, and that's just part of the business. We've built up a decent reputation in Sojat City just by being here every day and doing what we can. It’s a simple life, focused on technology and talking to the folks who live around here. We usually close up once the streetlights come on.
