Kiran Communication is right here on Subhash Marg on Sojat Road. It’s a small place but we keep busy most days. I started this because people around here always needed a place to go for their phone stuff. We handle recharges and sell some basic mobile things. Most people just walk in when they have a problem with their connection or need a new SIM card. It gets a bit dusty with the road right there but we try to keep things organized enough. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets crowded in the evenings. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and most of the neighbors know us by name. It isn't anything fancy, just a counter and some shelves with boxes. If you’re walking past the Subhash Marg area you’ll see our sign. I spend a lot of time sitting here talking to customers about which plans are better or why their data isn't working right. Sometimes the internet is slow but that's just how it goes here. We don't have a big team or anything, just me and occasionally someone else to watch the door. We keep the shop open until pretty late because that's when people get off work and realize they forgot to top up their balance. It’s a simple living. We don't do much advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick for a place like this on Sojat Road. Just a local shop for local people who need help with their mobiles.
