Our place is on Naya Gaon Road, and we focus mostly on mobile phones and the things that go with them. It is not a very big shop, just a single room with glass counters where we keep the handsets and the colorful plastic cases. We spend a lot of time fixing screens or helping people figure out why their battery isn't holding a charge anymore. The road outside is usually busy with motorcycles and people heading towards Naya Gaon. We have some posters of new phone models on the walls, but they are a bit faded from the sun coming through the front window. There is a small bench for customers to sit on while they wait for their recharges or repairs to be finished. We keep a lot of different cables and chargers hanging on the wall behind the counter because someone is always losing theirs. It gets a bit messy with all the tiny screws and tools on the workbench in the back. We aren't a big electronics mall; we just provide a service for the local folks who need their phones working. Sometimes we stay late if someone has a real emergency with their device. It's mostly young people who come in, looking for the latest covers or just to talk about the new gadgets. We keep things pretty informal and just try to get the jobs done as they come in.
