Bhawani Mobile Shop

Our shop, Bhawani Mobile Shop, is situated on Punayata Road in the Shekawat Nagar area. It is a place where there is always some traffic moving by. We have been here for a while and have seen the road get busier over the years. The shop is filled with various mobile accessories hanging on the walls. We have cases in all sorts of colors, though most people just end up buying the plain black ones. The repair side of things takes up a lot of our energy. People bring in phones that have been dropped in water or have smashed screens. We do what we can to fix them up. Sometimes we have to wait a couple of days for parts to arrive from the bigger suppliers. We just tell the customers the truth about the delay. There is no point in making promises we cannot keep. The shop floor is just simple tiles and we have an old ceiling fan that makes a clicking noise as it spins. It keeps the air moving at least. We have a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait. Most of our day is spent chatting with regulars or tinkering with small electronic parts. It is not a very complicated business. We just try to be helpful to the people who live in Shekawat Nagar. When the rain comes down hard, we have to move some of the stock away from the front door.
