Bharat Mobile

We've been here at Rani Pratap Bazar for a good while now. Bharat Mobile is mostly just me and a couple of guys helping out with whatever phone troubles people bring in. It gets pretty crowded in the market during the afternoons, but we try to keep things moving. Most days are spent looking at cracked screens or trying to figure out why a battery won't hold a charge anymore. People drop by while they're doing their other shopping. It’s a small shop, nothing fancy at all. We have some basic accessories hanging on the walls, mostly just stuff people actually need like chargers or those screen protectors that always seem to bubble up if you don't put them on right. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Most folks know where we are if they walk through the bazar. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk with whoever is around. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the new models coming out every month, but we do our best to understand the basics. If a phone is too old to fix, we just say so. No point in wasting someone's money. We just open up in the morning, sweep the front, and see who comes by. It's a simple way to make a living here in the bazar. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop where we sit every day.
