Running Bhanu Communication near the Cloth Market by the New Bus Stand keeps us pretty busy throughout the day. Since we are at 568-89-EB, a lot of people stop in while they are waiting for their bus or just passing through the market area. Most of the time, folks come in because their phone screen is cracked or they need a quick recharge for their talk time. We have been sitting in this same spot for a few years now. The shop is small, so we have to stack the SIM cards and phone cases carefully to make room for the repair bench. Sometimes the internet is slow when we are trying to update a customer's software, which can be frustrating, but we manage. My brother helps out in the afternoons when the market gets crowded with shoppers. We see all sorts of people, from students needing a new pair of headphones to older folks who can't figure out how to send a photo on WhatsApp. It gets a bit noisy with the buses honking right outside, but you get used to it after a week. We keep a ledger for the regular customers who pay at the end of the month. It's a simple setup. We don't have fancy displays, just a few glass counters and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. The floor needs a sweep every few hours because of the dust from the street.
