Balaji Mobile Care

Balaji Mobile Care is situated right next to the Old Bus Stand. It is a very busy spot because there are always buses arriving and leaving, and people are constantly rushing around. We mostly do mobile repairs here. People often come in with phones that have been damaged during their travels, like a screen that broke in a bag or a phone that stopped charging after a long trip. We have our tools and spare parts spread out on a couple of workbenches in the back. It can get quite hot in the shop during the summer afternoons because of the sun and the heat from the buses outside, but we just keep working through it. We also sell some basic things that travelers might need, like power banks, cables, and cheap earphones. We don't have any corporate polish or a big sales team. It's just us fixing phones as they come in. Sometimes we have a backlog of repairs and people have to leave their phones with us for a day or two, which they don't always like, but we try to work as fast as we can. We've seen all kinds of phone problems over the years. It is a practical business in a very busy location, and we are just here to help people get their devices working again so they can stay in touch with their families. It is noisy and crowded, but that is just how life is at the bus stand.
