We operate out of Sojat City, tucked away where the locals usually do their shopping. It’s a mobile center, which means we handle a bit of everything related to phones. We’ve got the usual suspects like screen guards, chargers, and the occasional second-hand handset. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes. Most of our customers are people we see every week at the market. They stop by to pay a bill or just to see what new gadgets have arrived. It’s a friendly atmosphere, nothing too stiff or formal. I usually have the radio playing in the corner while I work on a repair. The street outside can get quite dusty, so we are always cleaning the glass counters. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. News of our shop travels mostly by word of mouth from neighbor to neighbor. If we can fix a phone, we say so, and if we can’t, we’re honest about that too. It’s a simple way to run things. We’ve been in Sojat City for some time now and we know the rhythms of the place. When the festival season hits, it gets really busy and we barely have time to sit down. But for the most part, it’s just steady daily work. We appreciate the people who keep coming back to us for their mobile needs. It keeps the lights on and the business going year after year.
