Vijaya Precisionist

We are tucked away in Gala No. 9 at the Nikisha Industrial Estate on Sai Baba Nagar Road. It’s in Pandurang Wadi, right across from Thakur Mall and near the Western Express Highway in Mira Road (East). It’s a busy area, especially with the mall right there, but inside the industrial estate, it’s all about the work. Vijaya Precisionist is a small unit. As the name suggests, we try to be careful and accurate with what we make. Our space is filled with machines that require a lot of attention. It’s not a place where you can daydream. We spend most of our time staring at parts and making small adjustments. It’s tedious for some, but it’s what we do. The highway makes it easy for us to get things shipped out, which is a plus. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from cleaning up to running the machines. It’s a grounded environment. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk. We just focus on the measurements and making sure the final product is right. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch, and the industrial estate gets real quiet then. It’s a good time to get things done without the usual noise of the day. We’re just a small part of the big Mira Road industrial scene. Our floor is always covered in tiny metal bits, no matter how often we sweep it.
