You can find us at Unit No. 6 in the Nidhi Industrial Premises. We are situated right beside Rajprabha Udyog Nagar in the Golani Waliv area of Vasai East. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of noise and activity around us. There are trucks moving and machines running in almost every unit nearby. Here at Shree Hari Sai Engineering Works, we are mostly focused on the metal and mechanical tasks that come our way. The floor is usually covered in scraps and the smell of oil is pretty common. It is a place where we use our hands and tools to fix or build things. It’s not a clean or quiet environment, but it is where the real work happens. We have a small team and everyone knows their role. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or office politics. We just look at the drawings or the parts and get to work. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought, so we stay late to finish it up. The neighbors in the other units are mostly doing similar things, so there is a sense of being in it together. We’ve been in Vasai for a while and we understand how things work in this industrial belt. It is tough, physical work, but it’s what we know. We just try to keep the machines running and the orders moving.
