If you’re driving down the Western Express Highway and turn off at Vasai Phata, you’ll find us in the A K Industrial Estate at B-18. Being in Vasai East means we’re part of a very busy manufacturing community. There’s always a truck trying to squeeze through the gates or a delivery being unloaded near our door. Our unit is packed with machinery and raw materials. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it’s a working shop, so that’s expected. We deal with precision engineering, which means we spend a lot of time looking at very small measurements on our tools. It takes a lot of patience and steady hands. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management and HR departments. If you have a question, you just walk over and ask the person doing the work. The noise from the highway is always there in the background, like a constant hum that we don't even notice anymore. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. We don't use any slick marketing talk or brochures. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a job, and the whole estate is quiet except for the lights in our unit. It’s a simple life, focusing on the metal and the machines. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big fuss.
