Sterling Engineering Technology

We've been at Unit 9 in Sheetal Swapna Ind Estate for a while now. It's over in Gokhiware Village on Sativali Road. Most days it's just the sound of machines and people getting things sorted. Being in an industrial estate means things are busy, but that’s just how it goes here. We handle engineering stuff, mostly metal and parts. It isn't a fancy place with carpets or anything, just a floor where work happens. Sometimes the road gets a bit crowded but we manage. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Some neighbors moved out, new ones came in. It's a solid spot for what we do. People drop by to talk about drawings or just check on how a job is coming along. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it's for work. Mostly we're hands-on. If you walk down Sativali Road, you’ll find us easily enough. The workshop isn't huge but it fits everything we need. We keep the tools where they belong, or at least we try to. It's honest work and we just get on with it every morning when the shutters go up. There is always something to weld or turn or fix. That's the daily routine for us here in Gokhiware. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing, we just focus on the parts on the table. It gets a bit hot in the summer but we have the fans going. We just stay focused on getting the work out the door on time.
