We've been in the Ram Kutir building for a while now. It is right opposite the Tapovan Vidhyalaya. Mostly we deal with valves and other items for engineering projects. People come in asking for specific parts, and we spend a lot of time looking through catalogs or checking what is left in the storage area upstairs on the first floor. It is a busy place, especially in the mornings when deliveries arrive from the suppliers. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with all the paperwork and parts sitting around. We handle a lot of technical questions. It isn't always easy explaining how a valve might fit a specific pipe if the measurements are slightly off. Bhayandar East is a crowded area, so getting things moved in and out of Indralok Phase 4 takes a lot of patience. We just focus on getting the right parts to the people who need them for their sites. It is simple work but keeps us on our feet all day long. Sometimes we miss a call if we are in the back checking the inventory. We do not have a fancy showroom, just a functional space where the actual work happens. Most of our regulars know to just come up to Office 107. We keep track of everything manually for the most part. The school across the street gets loud during break time, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the valves.
