Shri Trishul Caterers

We are based in Bhayander East on Navghar Road, at number 5/B. Shri Trishul Caterers is usually a very early-morning operation. If you walk past at five in the morning, you’ll probably see the lights on and hear the sound of large pots being moved around. It gets very hot and steamy in the kitchen when we are preparing for a big event. We don't have a fancy office for meetings; most of the time, we are just standing around the prep tables talking about the day's menu. There is always a lot of chopping and stirring going on. Our clothes usually smell like spices by the time we go home. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, especially when the orders are large. We have a small team of cooks and helpers who have been with us for years now. We know exactly how much of everything we need without really looking at recipes anymore. Navghar Road is a busy spot, and getting our delivery vans out through the traffic can be a real challenge sometimes. We just focus on making sure the food is ready on time. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when a deadline is close, but we always manage to get the containers loaded and out the door to wherever they need to go. That’s just the way it works for us.
