Maharana Mandap Catering Services

We operate out of a few spots, but you can mostly find us at Bhayander East and our shop at Bambori Bhavan in Vile Parle East. Specifically, Shop No 1/2/3 on Phiroshah Mehta Cross Road is where a lot of the action happens. Maharana Mandap Catering Services is a dual kind of business. Half the time we are dealing with food and the other half we are hauling heavy mandap equipment around. It’s a lot to manage, especially when you’re moving between Bhayander and Vile Parle. Our shops are usually filled with the smell of spices or the dust from the decorative drapes we store. It’s not a glamorous life. We spend long hours on our feet, either in a hot kitchen or out in the sun setting up structures for a function. The Bambori Bhavan location is a busy little hub for us. We have to be very organized with our timing because food doesn't wait and neither do events. We’ve got a team that’s been doing this for a long time, so we just get on with it without much fuss. There are always challenges, like a late delivery or a broken stove, but we just deal with them as they come up. We don’t have a big marketing department. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or see us working at a local venue. It’s just honest, hard work every single day.
