Badal Caterers

Badal Caterers is located in the Shanti Park area of Mira Road. It’s a well-known part of the neighborhood, so most people don’t have much trouble finding us. We’ve been serving this community for a long time, mostly doing local events and family celebrations. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We have our cooking area and where we store our utensils and serving gear. Mira Road is a fast-growing place, and we see new faces all the time, but many of our customers are old-timers who have lived in Shanti Park for decades. We don't go in for anything too flashy. We just focus on making decent food that people enjoy eating at weddings or birthday parties. The mornings are usually our busiest time because that's when all the chopping and spice grinding happens for the day's orders. It can get a bit hectic in the kitchen, but we have a rhythm down after all these years. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees, just a local crew that knows how to work together. When someone stops by to ask about a menu, we just sit down and talk through what they need. We try to be honest about what we can do and what we can't. It's a simple way of working, but it has served us well here. People know they can come to us when they have a function coming up and need the food sorted out without any big fuss.
