Pragati Caterers

Pragati Caterers is based in Zenda Bazaar, right in Darji Alley over in Vasai West. It’s a busy part of the local market and we are always surrounded by the sounds of the neighborhood. Catering is a lot of work and our days usually start long before the sun comes up in the morning. We have to get to the market early to pick out the vegetables and spices we need for the day’s cooking. Our kitchen in Darji Alley isn't massive, but we make it work for all kinds of orders, from small family meals to bigger local events. We don’t have a fancy office or a big team of sales people. It is mostly just us doing the prep work, the cooking, and the cleaning up afterwards. Vasai West is a good community and we have been serving the people around here for quite a while now. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes because someone ate our food at a party and liked it enough to ask for our phone number. We try to keep our prices fair and the portions honest so people feel they got their money's worth. It can be stressful when we have several big orders on the same day, but we just buckle down and get it done. We are just a local catering team trying to make a living by cooking food that people enjoy.
