Pali Village Resto Bar

Pali Village Resto Bar is situated right on the Western Express Highway near Mira Road. We are in the Thane 401107 area, which is close to Ghodbunder Village. Being on the highway means we get a lot of dust from the trucks and a lot of noise from the cars zooming past. It is a big place, and keeping it clean is a never-ending task for us. We spend a lot of time out in the front area making sure things look decent for people who pull over for a break. It is not a quiet or secluded spot. You can always hear the traffic. The interior is a bit more relaxed, with basic tables and a bar that stays fairly busy in the evenings. We have our own problems, like the occasional plumbing issue or a light fixture that won't stay on. The kitchen is where most of the heat is, and the staff there works pretty hard to keep up with the orders. We don't spend money on advertising; the big sign on the highway does the work for us. Most of our customers are people traveling between Mumbai and the outskirts, or locals from the Mira Road side who want to get out of the house. It is a practical, no-frills kind of place. We just try to keep the drinks cold and the food ready for whoever stops by.
