You can find us at Mira Road, inside the Vishal Co-Op Society in Silver Park. We are in block B/4 at flat number 202. Since we are in the food business, there is always something going on, though our office is more for the management side of things rather than cooking. It is a residential building, so it does not really feel like a cold office space. We have a kitchen where we sometimes test out things, but mostly we are just on the phone with vendors or checking on deliveries. Mira Road is a really crowded area, and getting here can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. The office is a bit cramped because we have boxes of samples and paperwork everywhere. We try to keep things organized, but it is a constant battle. We have a small balcony where we go to take a break and watch the people down in Silver Park. It is not the most glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We have a few computers that are a bit slow, but they eventually get the job done. Most of us live nearby, so we do not have to travel too far, which is a big plus for us. It is just a regular office where we try to make sure everything in the food chain is moving correctly.
