We are over in the Indralok area, specifically Phase VI in Navghar. Bhayandar is quite a crowded part of town, but our corner is tucked away just enough. The school building has been part of this neighborhood for some time. You can see the kids arriving in the morning, mostly walking from the nearby apartments. It is a standard school environment where things can get pretty loud during recess. We have classrooms that get plenty of sunlight, though the fans have to stay on high most of the year. The hallways always have some sort of artwork taped to the walls, and the floors get scuffed up by the end of every week. We don't go for anything too flashy here. It is just a place where teachers teach and students spend their day. Navghar has changed a lot since we started, with more buildings going up all the time. Sometimes the construction noise from nearby makes it hard to hear, but we just deal with it. Our staff is mostly local people who live within a few kilometers. We have a small staff room where we keep our bags and have our tea breaks. It is a very normal routine. We try to keep the gate area organized during pick-up time, but it usually ends up being a bit chaotic for twenty minutes. That is just how life is at a school in Bhayandar.
